Denver, Colorado
IT consulting in Denver for companies growing faster than their systems.
Our Denver office is at 720 S. Colorado Boulevard. We help Colorado businesses put a proper Microsoft 365 foundation under the growth they already have.

IT consulting Denver
Chicago clients tend to call us because something was left alone too long. Denver clients call for the opposite reason. The company added forty people in eighteen months, opened a second location, acquired a smaller competitor, and the systems never got a chance to catch up. Nothing is broken exactly. It just does not fit anymore.
So the work here starts with a different question. Not what went wrong, but what will break next at the size you are heading toward. We look at licensing before renewal rather than after, at permission structure before it becomes forty exceptions, and at whether the way files are organised will survive doubling the headcount.
The client mix reflects the region. Construction and engineering firms with crews who live on tablets in the field, energy and environmental businesses, healthcare groups with real compliance obligations, nonprofits running lean on donated licensing, and a long tail of software and services companies who are technically capable and simply out of time. Distributed is normal here in a way it is not everywhere, which changes what good IT support in Denver has to look like.

What Denver clients actually call about
Different city, different pattern. These are the ones that come up here.

Two tenants after an acquisition
You bought a company, or were bought, and now there are two Microsoft 365 tenants, two domains, and two ways of doing everything. Users are emailing across what should be one organisation. We plan and run the consolidation, including the mailbox, file, and identity work, without stopping either business while it happens.

Field crews and a head office
Half the company is on a job site, a rig, or a client's floor, working from a phone or a rugged tablet on patchy signal. The other half is at a desk. Making documents, approvals, and security work the same for both is a design decision, not a licensing one, and it is one Colorado companies need more often than most.

Growth that outran the permission model
It worked fine at thirty people. At a hundred and ten, nobody can explain who can see what, and every new hire gets access by being copied from whoever sat nearest. We rebuild the structure around how the business is actually organised, then make onboarding a five minute job instead of a guess.

Compliance arriving all at once
A large customer sends a security questionnaire, or an insurer asks what your controls are, and suddenly the answers matter. We get you to a defensible position with evidence behind it, and we do it without buying a stack of tools you will never fully deploy.

Getting started in Denver
The same four steps we use everywhere, run on Mountain time.
- 1
A conversation, not a pitch
Thirty minutes on what is actually going wrong and what you have already tried. If another firm is a better fit for the problem, we will tell you that on the call rather than three weeks into a proposal.
- 2
A look at the environment
We review the tenant, licensing, permission model, and current support arrangement, with extra attention to whatever the last growth spurt left behind. Findings come back in plain language, ranked by risk and cost.
- 3
A plan with a number on it
Scope, sequence, timeline, and price. Fixed fee for defined projects, monthly for managed work. Where the honest answer is to wait a quarter, we will say so and explain what to watch for.
- 4
Delivery you can watch
Work runs through our CloudGear365 client portal, so status and decisions are visible without a meeting. Your senior lead stays on the account after go live rather than rotating out.
Coverage
The office sits on South Colorado Boulevard, which puts us roughly equidistant from downtown, the Denver Tech Center, and Cherry Creek. Most of our Colorado clients are along that corridor or in the surrounding metro, from Lakewood and Golden across to Aurora and Centennial.
We also work up and down the Front Range. Boulder, Longmont, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs are all comfortable drives for the moments that warrant one, and we make those drives for cutovers, workshops, and the leadership sessions where budgets get set. Beyond that, mountain towns and Western Slope clients are perfectly workable remotely, which is how most of that work runs anyway.
One practical advantage of the Denver office: it covers Mountain time properly. If your day starts at seven and the provider you are using answers on Eastern hours, you have probably noticed the gap. We staff for the time zone our clients are actually in.
The whole corridor. Boulder, Longmont, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and the metro suburbs are all regular territory, and we travel for the work that benefits from being in the room. Elsewhere in Colorado we deliver remotely, which is how most of the work happens regardless.
