Someone spun up Teams for a project in 2020, then everyone did. Now there are four hundred teams, half of them dead, each with a SharePoint site behind it nobody remembers creating. The fix is rarely deletion. It is working out which twenty sites carry the real work, giving them owners and retention, and archiving the rest so search stops returning ghosts.

Map what you actually have
Sites, teams, groups, guests, licences, sharing links, and where the real content lives. We produce a written picture of the tenant, not a dashboard screenshot, because the point is that your team can read it and disagree with it.
