How we cover ground
Being local matters at the start and at the moments that count. Scoping a migration, walking a floor, sitting in the room when leadership decides what the technology budget is actually for. After that, the work is the work, and it happens over Teams like everyone else's does.
So we are candid about it. If you are in Chicago or Denver, you will meet us. If you are in Milwaukee or Colorado Springs or somewhere with no Simply iCard sign on the door, you get the same senior lead and the same delivery, and we travel when there is a reason to. What you will not get from us is a page claiming we have an office in your town when we do not.
Yes, and a large share of our clients are elsewhere. The offices are where our people live, not a boundary on who we serve. Delivery has been remote-first for years, so a client in Milwaukee or Kansas City gets the same senior lead and the same cadence as one four blocks from the Chicago office.
