Schaumburg, Illinois
Managed IT services for Schaumburg's corporate corridor.
Served from our Chicago office at 205 N Michigan Avenue, up the Jane Addams. Microsoft 365, managed IT, and AI adoption for the insurance, telecom, and professional services firms clustered around Woodfield.

IT consulting Schaumburg
Schaumburg is unusual. Most north west suburbs are residential with some light commercial attached; Schaumburg has a genuine corporate corridor. Motorola Solutions runs its headquarters here, Zurich North America built a landmark campus on I-90, Experian and a long list of insurers, carriers, and their supply chains fill the office parks either side of Meacham and Golf Road. The result is a concentration of regulated, data heavy businesses inside a few square miles.
That concentration shapes the work. Insurance and telecom operations carry real compliance obligations, real audit cycles, and real consequences when a permission model drifts. They also tend to run alongside a much larger parent or partner organisation, which means the questions we get here are as often about integrating cleanly with someone else's tenant as about fixing your own.
Our nearest office is downtown, not in Schaumburg, and we say that on the page rather than burying it. The Chicago team covers this market, the drive up I-90 is straightforward outside peak hours, and we are onsite when it matters. What does not change is who you deal with: one senior lead, accountable for the outcome, for the life of the engagement.

What Schaumburg actually calls about
Drawn from the insurance, telecom, and professional services firms out here.

Sharing data with a much larger partner
Brokerages, agencies, and suppliers in this corridor spend their lives inside somebody else's ecosystem. Guest access, cross tenant sharing, and B2B collaboration get configured once under deadline pressure and then never revisited. We design it properly so the partner gets what they need and nothing else, and so it survives their next security review.

An audit with a date on it
Insurance and financial services clients get assessed, and the assessment always asks the same things: who can reach this data, when was that last reviewed, and can you prove it. We put conditional access, retention, and access reviews in place, and we produce the evidence in a form the assessor will accept rather than a screenshot taken the night before.

Copilot in a business with sensitive files
The default advice about Copilot does not fit a firm holding claims data or customer records. Copilot surfaces whatever a user could already open, which in a drifted tenant is far more than anyone intends. We label and scope the data first, pilot with the teams whose work genuinely benefits, and keep the rest switched off until it is safe.

Offices here, people everywhere
A Schaumburg head office with field staff, adjusters, or engineers spread across three states is the normal shape here. Getting the same files, the same security posture, and the same support to a laptop in a car park as to a desk on Meacham Road is a design problem, and one we have solved repeatedly.

Getting started in Schaumburg
Four steps, no surprises, and an exit at every one of them.
- 1
A conversation, not a pitch
Thirty minutes on what is going wrong and what you have already tried. If we are the wrong firm for it, we say so on that call.
- 2
A look at the environment
Tenant, licensing, permission model, external sharing, and current support arrangement. Findings in plain language, ranked by exposure and cost, yours to keep either way.
- 3
A plan with a number on it
Scope, sequence, timeline, and price. Fixed fee for defined projects, monthly for managed work. Where an audit deadline drives the order, we sequence around it.
- 4
Delivery you can watch
Work runs through our CloudGear365 client portal, so decisions and status are visible to you and to anyone you need to show them to.
Coverage
Our nearest office is at 205 N Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Schaumburg is roughly thirty miles north west of it, an easy run up I-90 outside the peaks. We treat onsite work here as routine rather than exceptional: migration cutovers, security workshops, and the meetings where the technology budget is decided are all better done in a room.
Day to day, we work over Teams and through the client portal, which is how your own teams already work. If you want a committed number of onsite days each month, we will write it into the agreement rather than leave it to goodwill.
The same Chicago team covers the surrounding north west suburbs from the same office: Hoffman Estates, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, Palatine, Streamwood, and out toward Elgin. If your operation spans several of those sites, that is the normal shape of business in this corridor and it is designed for from the start, not bolted on when someone notices the branch office has different rules.
No. Our offices are in Chicago and Denver, and Schaumburg is covered by the Chicago team about thirty miles down I-90. We would rather tell you that than publish a suburban address we do not sit at. Onsite work happens whenever it changes the outcome.
